Getting Started
New to Pocketrainer? Complete the onboarding flow to set your goals, fitness level, and choose your AI coach. You can update these anytime from your Profile.
Using Your AI Coach
Chat with your coach from the Coach Chat screen or mid-workout via the companion. Your coach remembers your injuries, preferences, and past conversations — just talk naturally.
Workouts & Exercises
Browse workouts from the Workouts tab, or let your coach build a custom session. During a workout, tap the rep circle to count reps, and use the skip button to move ahead.
Subscriptions & Billing
Premium subscriptions are billed through Google Play. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from the Google Play Store. Refunds are handled per Google Play's refund policy.
Account & Data
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time — see the “Delete Your Account” section below or use the button there. Your progress photos, logs, and coach memories are yours to remove whenever you like.
Privacy & Safety
Your data is stored securely and never sold. Check our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
Delete Your Account
You can request permanent deletion of your Pocketrainer account and all associated data at any time. Your profile, workout logs, progress photos, nutrition logs, and coach memories will be removed and cannot be recovered.
