By downloading, accessing, or using Pocketrainer ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Pocketrainer is an AI-powered fitness coaching app that provides personalised workout plans, exercise guidance, nutrition tracking, and motivational support. The App is intended for general fitness and wellness purposes only.

3. Not Medical Advice

All content provided through Pocketrainer — including workout recommendations, coaching cues, nutrition estimates, and AI-generated guidance — is for informational and motivational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have existing injuries or medical conditions.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us of any unauthorised use of your account
• Be at least 13 years of age to use the App

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Pocketrainer offers premium subscriptions and one-time purchases through Google Play Billing. Subscription fees are billed through Google Play and are subject to Google's payment terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Share or transfer your account to another person
• Misuse the AI chat or notification features to harass or spam others
• Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes on others' rights

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, workout programs, exercise library data, and software within Pocketrainer are owned by Pocketrainer and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App, such as progress photos, weight logs, and nutrition entries. By submitting content, you grant Pocketrainer a licence to store and process it for the purpose of providing and improving the service. You can delete your data at any time from the Profile section.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pocketrainer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pocketrainer shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage — direct or indirect — arising from your use of the App or participation in any suggested workouts. You use the App and follow its guidance at your own risk.

10. AI-Generated Content

Coach messages, notifications, and nutrition estimates are generated by AI models and may occasionally contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content. Always use your own judgement and consult professionals for important health decisions.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile section. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in harmful activity.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Pocketrainer after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
